How to Use eSanjeevaniOPD as a Patient
Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Go to the Portal or download the App:

Mobile App: Available on Google Play Store.
Register Yourself:
Enter your phone number and receive an OTP to authenticate.
Fill in your information (name, age, gender, state, etc.).
Book a Token:
Select the specialty/doctor you need (e.g., general medicine, pediatrics, etc.).
You will find yourself issued with a token number.
Wait for Your Turn
You will be placed in an online waiting room until the doctor is available.
See the Doctor
The consultation is done via video call.
The doctor will discuss your symptoms and suggest treatment.
Prescription Download:
Upon consultation, you get an electronic prescription in PDF format.
This can be shown at pharmacies to buy medicines.
