1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MedicalSathi.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
To use MedicalSathi you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate registration information. In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will deactivate it and delete the associated personal data.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant MedicalSathi a licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
❌ The following will result in immediate removal of content and/or account termination:
- Posting specific dosage recommendations or treatment plans.
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Promoting unverified or dangerous medical remedies.
6. Moderation
MedicalSathi reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the community.
7. Limitation of Liability
